Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation

Deposits are refundable up to 14 days before your session. Within 14 days, deposits are non-refundable.

Sessions may be rescheduled once, free of charge, with at least 7 days' notice.

Refunds, where applicable, are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

A deposit reserves your date. The remaining balance is due on the session day. Deposits are handled according to the cancellation terms above.
